INSURANCES ACCEPTED:

We are in-network providers for Aetna, Avmed, Blue Cross Blue Shield, New Directions Behavioral Health, Cigna, Humana, Integral, Life Synch, Magellan, Medicare, Mental Health Network, Optum, PsychCare, Tricare (South), United, Value Options and Wellcare/Staywell. We are also providers for Children’s Medical Services and Suncoast Epilepsy Association.

You are responsible for all copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles according to your health insurance plan. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Will my condition be covered by my medical or mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • Will I have to pay a copy or coinsurance?
  • Is referral required from my primary care physician?

We also accept auto insurance, worker’s compensation, and vocational rehabilitation.

We are not providers for Florida Medicaid (Straight Medicaid) but are contracted with several Medicaid HMO plans. For health insurance plans for which we are not considered in-network, full payment at the time of service is required. You may ask your insurance company for a single case agreement which they may grant in special circumstances. Services not covered by your health insurance plan will be provided upon request and full payment will be required at the time of service. Examples of services not usually covered by health insurance plans include: achievement testing, letters to third-parties, school observation, and consultation with other professionals.
